Colonial Cares Night Fundraising can help!
Any non-profit organization, such as schools, clubs, teams, church groups, after-school programs, ill or injured individuals can hold a Colonial Cares Night. Organizations are only allowed to book one night per month.
Colonial Cares Fundraising program donates up to 20% of all pre-tax sales generated by your group during the Fundraising event when a Fundraiser Flyer is presented.
Choose from one of our seven locations!
Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday! 4pm to 10pm.
Call your local Colonial Cafe for available dates.
Simply call your local Colonial Cafe where you wish to hold your event and schedule a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance to have time
5 Easy Steps to Holding a Fundraiser
1. Plan Ahead
Schedule with your Local Colonial Cafe. Choose a date a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance, this will give you time to get the word out and advertise your event.
2. Get Flyer File
Get the Flyer File from the Colonial Marketing Team 30 days in advance to maximize the time to get the word out about your event.
Distribute as many flyers as possible to get the word out!
Your organization will earn up to 20% from each sale when a Fundraiser Flyer is presented to the cashier with the check.
5. Get Paid
Fundraiser checks will be mailed 2-4 weeks after your event.

• Post flyer on your organization’s website
• Send your Flyers to your eblast lists
• Organzation’s Newletters
• Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Stickers – Use (Take me To Colonial) Stickers
• Notify Local Newspapers
• Call/Email local radio stations
• Tell Everyone you know
• Pass out flyers to everyone you know
